Four step program
I am trying to find out if theres any way I can return the four step program. I have not used it.

Scotts mulch dye arrived but the sprayer did not work. We had to go and buy a canister, and then it stained our concrete driveway and nothing will remove the stains!

Been using y'all's product all my life. It's been three years since y'all's *** has been any good.
I've put my yard in this year for the dollar weeds. My next-door neighbor is putting in his yard for the dollar weeds and hadn't killed anything.
It's been three years in a row. Y'all have screwed me on my money.

Called to inquire about correct setting for their drop spreader for a particular fertilizer I ordered. Bimbo could only look on computer screen.
Knows NOTHING about products. Said because I did not order Scott product she was not sure she could help. She gave me the wrong setting then argued with me. I guarantee she has NEVER used a drop spreader and knows nothing about settings.
DEI hire reading off a computer screen. WORTHLESS.

Have been using all our lawn care products for almost 20 years... this year i put down your weed and feed. And i dont know if your putting weeds in your mix but this year i put down twice as much as ever year and my lawn is covered in dandelios strawberry weed and all kinds of other weeds what is going on with your products???

After using Scott's Weed and Feed, most of our grass died. Unfortunately, we had thrown away the bag by the time the grass started dying.
The receipt has no bar code, so customer service said we could not receive a refund. All the time, effort, and money spent was a waste.

ZERO OWNERSHIP OF THE SCOTTS brand. ZERO EFFORT to help get my reel lawn mower fixed with part preventing it from working safely.
I am honestly still shocked about the
Extremely poor service.
The phone trees, multiple blind then disconnected transfers. The website was even worse..code after code required then dead end.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Scotts & me agreed on refund and repair cost of my lawn.
It had beautiful grass and after evenly applying this attached images Lawnfood, it burned up grass like dry Hay.
I spend crazy hours and built this lawn and this Scotts product burned it to hay. This was not applied a lot at all applied evenly.
Called Scotts customer service 186*-***-**** today (24th June at 2:43PM ET) to add on my existing case# 4534**** that even my Back Yard has burned same like front yard i.e. roughly 11x13feet area and to my surprise the Customer service was extremely rude and keep on blaming me that i didn't apply it properly. Keep on talking over the customer and interrupting at every sentence. Last customer service was very good but today she was worst!!
I just don't need refund for Lawn food & Seeds but also for Top Soil to cover this damaged area by this product.
No caution message on this packet that will say or warn customers that it will burn teh grass if applied improperly.
If consumer knows how this product is dangerous, then no one will ever buy. Hence Scotts didn't mention the caution on their Packet!!

Front Lawn: 13x13 feet
Back Yard: 11x13 feet
Total area: 312 SqFeet
Ask: I need Scotts to refund me for Seeds & Top SOil covering this damaged area!!

My concern that Scotts Triple Action fertilizer should not be sold in the southern states was confirmed by the consumer representative. I was disappointed that Scotts and Lowes allowed it to be sold in their stores.
The customer many times depends on the manufacturers and retailers to have viable products on their shelves. In this case, the Triple Action fertilizer is strictly for the northern grasses, not Texas, but that info was discovered by going through reviews of it and then in a single slide of a series of slides showing viable geographic locations in the United States.It communicates Scotts is more concerned about market share than appropriate products for the various regions where there product is sold.
Can you comment on that specifically or was this an oversite on both parties, ( Lowes and Scotts)? I will continue to use your products, but will spend more time confirming it is the appropriate product.
